5. Do you need music to study/write? Nah. I can have it going on in the background without it distracting me too terribly much. If it's orchestral, I can listen to it with no problems. But for some reason, music with lyrics distracts me a little, and it's a little more difficult to come up with the correct vocabulary words I'm looking for to better my writing as I go along.
6. Who's the one person in your life you've lost contact with that you wish you hadn't? I have a friend on facebook. I got really excited when I found out she had a facebook a few years ago, but my studies kept pulling me away from the computer. She was pretty busy too, so ya know. But jeez, there are alot of people I regret having lost touch with. I'm looking for another one of my friends from high school, but there are so many people on facebook with this very same name. haha! I don't want to start messaging people at random and freaking them out by saying,"Hey, there are hundreds of folks with the same name as you, so since I can't really describe you to anyone, I'm going around asking if so and so's the Ashley I went to High school with! Are you?"
7. What's your favorite musical genre? All kinds, but I'm very partial to anything written by John Williams, Shirley Walker, and performed by an orchestra. So orchestral, I guess.
8. Do you enjoy political discussions? Not really, no. I tend to listen more than throwing my two cents in during political discussions.
