Yesterday morning, at 9:40 mountain time, my mom finally passed away.

 My ex-wife, a resident of Doña Ana County, New Mexico, just sent me a text: she is now OFFICIALLY MARRIED! I regret that (a) it took so long before she could legally do this, and (b) THAT I COULDN'T BE THERE.

It all began about 13 years ago, when my girlfriend and I accidentally procreated.
