I know anecdotes are not data, and that weather is not climate, BUT...
For the first time in the decade that I've lived out in the "No, Oh, NO!" we had not one single morning of frost. Not one. The lows usually dip into the high 20's at my place in the deepest winter, this past winter they never got below the mid-30's. Not once.
I've also been monitoring my solar production... daily peaks in January were right around 20 kWh, now in March they're over 30! I fully expect our next electric bill to start dropping into the negatives - current bill showed us using about 2.5 kWh net every day, about 1/10 of the previous year's usage, and I expect April and May (with lots of sun, no need to run the AC all day long) to push us well into the 'net generation' column!
