I was soooooo good (mostly because I only have overdraft money left). I found at least 2 skirts I want, possibly a dress, shoes that go with all of them and my ball dress (I will own those shoes in a week even if I have to use the overdraft) and one of those cute three button extremly low necked, half length sleeved cardigans that are going to be this winter's answer to the shrug, not to mention half a dozen teal or oil green leather bags. But I didn't buy any clothes except a £2 Matallan belt, yay me (or boo me depending on which angle you're coming from). Instead I bought craft supplies, Kate's present (a cool clay box set that lets you make bendy clay things, clay jewellery, clay erasers and decorate things). I did splurge on some card and jewellery magazines but I came home to eat instead of going to a conveniently located Subway. I didn't find a canvas bag to customise and so can only sumise that I must wait until I know how to make bags to make my RocketDog bag. While I was searching everywhere for a bag I found several cute t-shirts and because I was shopping alone and not allowed to buy anything I took phone pictures:
I was going to buy this but it was 2 for £5 and I couldn't find another I wanted and that would have meant I'd only get one t-shirt for £5.
If this had been in my size I would have thrown money at it, teamed it with my dice necklace and had a serious emo moment with my part purple hair.
Totally a t-shirt for Canadian Kate (it's actually a nice brown, not the dodgy grey my camera has made it into).
In the interest of getting some sort of culture I am watching Japanese animation from the maker of the Oscar winning 'Swept Away'. Film4 is having a season of it and it starts today so I'm watching 'Castle of Cagliostro'.
Next week I hope to have excitment as I will be attending Kate's birthday, visiting the Abraham Derby, of course failing at the pub quiz (we have to go, the raffle is up to £420!) and seeing 'My Super Ex-Girlfriend' at the cinema (as 'Jon Tucker Must Die' is no released here for another 2 weeks). Untill then I'll just keep filling in the job application forms.
