Birthday Talk...about me! (shock, I know...=)
So it's that time of year again...this time it's MY turn (*soft high pitched voice* It's MARK's Turn!...)
I was trying to plan out the festivities (yes, I'm calling it that), but I need to know some info first:
I was ORIGINALLY going to do it on my actual birthday and make it a weekend thing (April 11-12)...then I realized that the 12th is EASTER...which could be problematic for the churchgoers=). SO...I need to know when your break is, Katie (for Spring Break, obviously). Ours should be the week after Easter (correct me if I'm wrong, btw). We could also do it the weekend after, April 18th, as a night thing (the usual, again), if you'd prefer. Unfortunately, no April 4th: that's the day my Dad is boiling crawfish for me! Whoo hoo!
Anywho, lemme know what you think. To be honest I'm kind of lacking on the gift ideas (for once), but I was thinking something more domestic & longer lasting than a game...I'm not really feeling a board game or video game (HOLY CRAP...I know...I'm not sick). The only one I can think of is Wit's End...I'll let you make the call on that one.
I'm gonna try and look into potential gifts in the next couple of days, so gimme some time. If you have questions about what I would or would not like (on a vague level) let me know and I'll bounce some ideas with ya (and NO, Katie, I don't want socks=).
