Woah, what a week. Tokonatsu and the Hetalia picnic. Tokonatsu was so much more awesome this year - mainly because I didn't stay in my tent and cry. *thumbs up* Spending 4 days in a field with a load of drunk anime fans is pretty epic. Dagz rocked as an Elite Beat Diva. X3 I got to meet some awesome people, and there were even 4 other Hetalia cosplayers. I did my first masquerade with the England and America, and we had the Anglo-Polish alliance (with ponies), and Aramada 2.0 (with travel Battleships) and everyone tried to get Romano's haircurl and the America was much cooler than her canon counterpart. The Hetalia picnic was just... epic. I was late and when I finally found the group in the middle of Hyde Park I got tackled by Lithuania, and then we both got chased by a horde of Russias. ♥ There's a sentence I never thought I'd say. Highlights
-Having a Liet :D I wasn't expecting that!
-Germany and his dogs, LOL. A lady walked past us with like 5 dogs so we were like "Oh, Germany look, dogs" and then suddenly he was up and sprinting across the field towards this poor woman with his arms flailing and his jacket trailing behind him and I have never laughed so hard you had to be there.
-Singing along to relevant Avenue Q songs and Pub&Go and Marukaite Chikyuu
-Duck duck goose changed to Buono buono tomato/Pub pub go/Sorry sorry excuse me/Kol kol vodka/ etc.
-Decorating a tree spastically with flags, turtles, hats, etc.
-Spain and Japan each made cakes ;3;
-Seeing Spain and South from Toko again! :D
-I forgot who but the guys who could sing Italy's song about Germany and recite the Cleaning Out the Storage Engrish!! I CAN HANDRE IT. YOU WARSAW GREAT.
-Just... everything. It was epic madness and everyone was lovely, whether they were in costume or not.
