Hello, how are you?

Oh me? I’ve been good just busy is all. Setup twenty-seven new PCs for one of the schools I work for. Took most of the day just to unpack everything and remove the boxes. I did that part by myself, but the person helping me got all of the power strips and power cords in place, so I did have a fair amount of help. I will return there on Monday to finish up the software installation and Tuesday morning they should be ready for use by all of the students. I have already warned the teacher that I’m hiding Internet Explorer and putting Mozilla Firefox on them.

Monday is looking to be a busy day for me, in both personal and professional areas. I’m planning on having dinner with the not-Boyfriend, or nBF, and a couple of his friends. I’m sure you are asking, “What the fuck is a not-Boyfriend?!” Basically put, we enjoy each others company a little more than friends would but we haven’t actually committed to each other in the way boyfriends do. Of course I guess the only difference between this and an “open” relationship most people have nowadays is that we’re not having sex.

Anyways, I got the nBF’s gift last week. Ran to Sam Goody in the mall and picked up a couple CD sets he pointed out the last time we were there. I’m sure there was a cheaper place to get them, but I didn’t remember the name of the collections. So I returned to the section of the store they were in and sure enough they were there. I suck at wrapping gifts, so I got a cute little bag and tissue paper to present it in. He was guessing what the gift was last week and even got it right, but I think I was able to steer him in the wrong direction after hitting pay dirt.

I also wanted to pick up this shirt at Target with a monkey on the front and it said “Who flung poo?” He liked the shirt the last time we were in there and I figured I could cover the gifts with it to try and throw him off a bit more. Neither Target in Tulsa had the shirt in the correct size so I tossed that idea out the window. He’d probably have my head if I spent too much money anyways.

As far as my gift, he was going to get me some cologne for me to wear. He took me to the mall (same place where I got his) and we tested out fragrances. Of course, me not even having a clue of his intentions I end up buying the cologne right there in front of him. He mentioned after we left the store he was fishing for gift ideas. Whoops.

Two weeks ago my dad and both younger brothers were in a car accident. Its okay, they’re fine. It scared me when I got the call because the EMT had basically told me three things:
- There has been an accident
- The youngest was ejected from the car
- They are life-flighting them to the hospital.
Of course I started to freak out. Especially after loosing my mother at the end of December, I don’t think I could handle this. The nBF grabs my keys and drives me to the ER where they are supposed to be taking everyone. Of course I have my freak out session in the vehicle while I’m calling my sisters and boss to tell them what’s going on. It ends up it was mostly bumps and bruises all around and a couple concussions. The youngest, Ryllie, had one and that was the whole purpose of getting him to the hospital. They ended up keeping him overnight but they released my dad and the other brother.

That’s about it really. Just work, work, work and hanging out with friends. Of course, I still have about thirty-odd some computers to install in various places this month.
