So, what the hell have those things to do with anything? :D
The wallies hiding behind the cut are song wallpapers. They've been made inspired by certain songs and each of them include a quote from the lyrics. With the second wallpaper set I pushed the idea one step further, squeezing a jdrama to it as well... Have a look at them yourselves ^__-

*:the wallpapers of this set are in size 1280x1024 but as I tested them with my laptop that has screen of 1280x800, I noticed they might even look better used in smaller screens :)

.there's not much to say about these wallies. Made to Heal was one of my first encounters with Our Lady Peace and it's still one of my definite favourites from the band. I like the structure of the verses and I thought that they could be easily submerged into graphics, without extra tweaking.
.I like the blue colorscheme here, as well as the way the guys pose (especially Tora, he really makes the text more fitting^^~<3). The overall design is a bit messy but... I'm prone to believe these are rather nice, considering I haven't made any large graphics since forever *lol*

.*clapping hands* I'm very enthrilled by the second wallpaper set^o^\o/ The idea behind the set is rather wild: what will you get when you combine alice nine., Utada Hikaru and the best dorama of the year, Last Friends?^_-
.those, who have watched the already aired and subbed eps of Last Friends, see with one glance what I've been after here. Hopefully I managed to make justice to all the parties included! :D The idea started unfolding as I was cleaning up my picture folders and my eyes brushed over that alice photoshoot. (White is their color♥) Because of my current Eita/Last Friends craze, pretty much all I've been listening to is Utada Hikaru's opening for the show. I yoinked some elements from the drama's opening sequence and fooled around a bit, pulling together quite a neat set of wallies~
.My favourite would be the one for Saga or Nao. Isn't it fun how you can turn the photos upside down with a bunch of textures and new colors? *dance*
.off-topic: the PV for Prisoner of Love is hideous :/ I prefer the drama opening~<3
