Ush! This is the mighty review entry of the year 2007! Before I post my new goodies (yes, I'm on graphic-making spree~), let's rewind together how the last year was here at BCL's :)
In the terms of icons, we basicly go from this->

ITAI. It was rather painful to go through all that old stuff ;__; I should re-make like half of the icons I've ever posted. Awkward. How is it possible this journal has 80 viewers? 50 of them before September?
Uh, the journey has been long and stressful.. but, lately the work has started to carry fruit^^ after I switched from PSP to PS, my graphics have changed tremendeously. Also, lately I've been expanding my fandom list like crazy and tried out other things than iconing, too, like screencapping, and writing entries titled "SRZ BUSINEZ". If I continue like this, it'll be quite mind-tickling to see how the review post of 2008 will look like :)
There's a small survey type of thing at the end of the entry; if you have time and interest, I'd appreciate it greatly if you could drop a few lines.

.this stuff is still pretty decent, I think. I'd like to re-crop some of the Gazette stuff I posted at that time, as well as NOT to use that hidious blue blurry light thing I was terribly fond of back then.. but, all in all, this preview could start off much worsely. In fact, the Luvie&Nao sets are still amongst my personal favourites.

.uh, this month was.. diverse xD half of the stuff I posted were either total crap (the Ayabie entry *ohmygodembarrassed*) or actually rather nice (Sakebi icons, f.ex.). Also, I joined psc_stillness and won the second place right away with the first example icon :D see, I've been planning to icon Utakata since February 2007 and now about to get there xD guys, give me a good kick to ass every now and then, okay? ^__-

.Back at that time, I really liked what I was posting. Now I can see I had some quite ambitious ideas that were a little too much for my skill of the time. The simple GazePairings entry was fun to make because I like blending. sapphire_child posted some of the best Domilie manips around that time, so I iconed them quite often. I'm not into LOST much anymore, mainly because of the third season that had lost completely the spirit of the first seasons. It went simply poopy. But, I still like Domilie.. I should go through sapph's new manips ♥

.I loved the whole +50 viewers crazyness :D Special projects are my guilty pleasure. Also, I learned a lot of new things of making graphics back at that time. I'm still very much in love with that Kagrra set. I have more bases saved made out of their albums' and dvds' cover art... who knows, maybe I'll try something similar soon.

.all those shiny PSC icons.. it really feels like yesterday<3 I had many nice icon sets posted in May, so picking up example ones was difficult. For instance, I didn't include my MUCC entry to the preview. Blame alice nine, they're too hot to be excluded *lol*
.the entry that included all the above shown arisu and naito goodies was one of those entries I was real proud of and then, eventually, I got a little let down due to the lack of comments. It happens every now and then to all the iconers -you think you've created something superbly awesome that wins at life, and then the audience disagrees ;) again, the entry is a living proof of how I've never ridden on the verge of fashion, no matter if we're talking about clothing or graphics.

.at first I was so lost with PS. Now, I deeply beg Essz to forgive me -I should've listened to her earlier and get rid of PSP *lol* Selective coloring, Color burn, Free transform, to mention a few of the divine tools of Photoshop.. and Imageready, of course. I have designed shitloads of gifs in my head but they're so tiring to carry out that I don't know when will I next try out making them.

.it sucks to have the alice nine. header accomodating dust in some folder. There's so much thought in it, and despite the teary face, Torashi looks amazing. I thought I was going to return to using it, but.. so, anyone, wanting it? See it here: Please, return that red passion.
