This sky that you gave me is still in my heart
The memories are nocturnal dreams colored with crude and wrong colors
With your fingertips you're following the outline of this dirty body
You're a little universe, a flower on a crosscut

through this impassible town where I'm crying until my tears stop flowing
This fragile young man that only can sing his weird words
Has recovered the beauty of this little clear stone that he found one day
You sad songs, does that mean that I have to forget you

This dirty hand, this abused body
Got back the sense that they had all the time, they are the proof that I'm alive

Ceasing in the Sun is a fan art piece that consists of two parts. The first one, which can be seen above, is finished, but the story isn't told before I get the second drawing up. Then, I will be back being my usual lovely jabbering myself, but until that, you have to survive with the material that inspired me during the week-long art-creating process~
Technical stuff: when I draw, I become very quickly "blind", meaning that I just draw and draw, fix this and polish that, constantly finding new flaws and mistakes. Then, eventually, I'm not able to see the picture as a whole. Here I suddenly stopped to stare at Saga, quite incoherently thinking, "Would anyone recognize he's Sagacchi if I didn't tell..?" What I saw was a bunch of shadows and lines and some badly drawn hair. I had to step aside for a few days. Now I can see clearly what I've made.. and gotta say, Saga's quite beautiful^^
More technical stuff: I screwed up two things: Saga's hair and Tora's trademark, his sexy nose. However, the fact I used my color pencils this way for the first time should compensate something, ne? *lol*
The photo is rather dark, so you can't tell it but Saga's very different from all my previous bnw works. Usually I only pick the strongest shadows and leave the "base" of the skin white; this time I went the whole face through once or twice with 4h, blurring the graphic with my fingertips. It gave Saga the glow and sex appeal I needed.
