Icarus smiled into the sun. He was sitting on the railing of a balcony (not his own) and enjoying the warming weather. It was still chilly enough for long sleeves, but the sun felt good on his face and he opened his wings a bit to catch more of the sun's heat.
He was feeling much better and had gone for a short flight earlier before coming in to eat and wander around. He'd found this balcony totally by accident and, not wanting to pass up a chance to be outside on a nice day, had gone out to sit.
