Christmas Party....
Tonight was the first of parties I have to go to this month. And I have to say that tonight was a great start. I work for County Government in the Sheriff's Office. I do love my job and the people I work with, I've been there 7 years. So my boss threw us a party at her house. It was very close and personal. We normally go to a restaurant but you just can't talk to everyone there, so this was nice. We opened gifts, ate, ate and ate some more. Then we played a wonderfully fun game. We had tons of laughs (I'm glad I don't have a weak bladder or I would have peed myself lol)! It was just great to spend time with everyone outside of the office and to just relax. I am the assistant office manager / administrator and I was in charge for most of the week and it can be so stressful. This was a very nice way to end the week.
Next party is next Wednesday in the office where many of the Deputy's will join us for a catered lunch. Then after that our new Sheriff's swearing in. It's going to be a GREAT month!
