this sums up the end of the beach party and the subsequent heartbreak of the following day
so yeh, benicassim was amazing! did too much mdma, speed and k. but hey its only five days so... meh.
highlights were:
scissor sisters and erol alkan on day 1.
tiga and nathan fake on day 2 (pixies were a bit disapointing, echo and the bunnymen were good for the classics).
omg! 4hrs of soulwax, justice and 2many djs! on day 3 then hell's morning set. (gutted to miss rufus though - leslie said it was seriously amazing).
day 4 was a bit of a wash out, just couldn't get high! ended up doing loads of k, and wondering about getting spun out with liking erin a bit too much and also with lulu repeatedly calling to meet me and then wandering off. ahh lulu how i understand you so much better now! the end of ivan smagghe was pretty kicking though! oh wait madness was amazing earlier on though, perhaps the best thing there. oh and the organ were good as ever. (i was an honorary canadian for an hour).
day 5 the beach party was amazing, especially queens of noize!
after our 2 nights on the gay nudist beach we got the train to barcalona where we stayed with jose's aunt and uncle (plus their 4 yr old and 1yr old twins). was pretty cool. had a few nice nights out and got a real flavour of the city.
fucked up my journey home. it took 48 hours! sleeping on the floor of paris galleni bus station sure was an experience!
call me on my house fone cos my mobile is fucked. tom is visiting this weekend so i would like invites out tonight, please! plus let me know where you are meeting tomorrow! clocktower in preston park?
