Enchanted
I've been wanting to see Enchanted for a while since so many people gave it good reviews.
The movie was cute.
Everyone who put the movie together did a fantastic job of integrating classic Disney movies into the live action. I don't think all the references registered with me, but the most obvious was Giselle in the bubbles like Cinderella.
Amy Adams (Giselle) did a good job playing an always happy princess. I imagine it's more difficult to play someone who is constantly upbeat rather than someone who is cynical.
Patrick Dempsey....well he was ok. I personally would've chosen Edward.
The movie MVP has to be James Marsden. He was hysterical and he made a guy who is totally into himself still lovable. I really enjoy him as an actor
Oh, and just to mention the costumes - the white wedding dress Giselle wore was HUGE. Whoever sewed that gets a loud applause from me. And poor Amy who had to walk around in that thing. oy!
