Parking was terrible. I really don't know if it will get any better as the year progresses. I hope it does. Parked all the way in bfe, about a mile from the building I was supposed to be at. When class got out, it started pouring. We were all stuck in the buldings, but unlike normal torrential downpours in FL, this one lasted about 15 minutes before it let up. Maybe longer. I eventually couldn't wait any more, so I decided to book it to my car. My backpack has a water-resistant cover that unzips from the bottom, since it's essentially a snowboarding back pack. That helped immensly. I ran all the way to my car, everything was soaked except for my back pack, but I didn't care about my clothes.

In class, listened to the teacher try and explain why we have societal sterotypes. All of it was very interesting, but it's nothing I haven't thought about before. I hate copying notes from a projector or chalkboard, unless it's a math class. I think that form of teaching is very redundant and ineffective. Memorization is good for some things, but not psychology, unless they are terms. I just want to understand concepts, not memorize definitions. How will that help me in the field?

Tommy and I have decided to start writing some trippy-ass music like Placibo. We've both been really inspired by their 3 records and hearing them has made me want to write more music. It'll just be for fun. Tommy thinks it'll be cool to get a CD of a bunch of songs, just to say we have a CD. Everything will be professional on it though. Music and artwork.

Dave wants me to write the next feature article, plus Vendetta Red and School For Heroes. I don't know if I'm up for that much work. I'll have to really check out my schedule. Thankfully, however, it seems he likes my writing, otherwise he wouldn't have asked me to do the next feature. Either that, or he's really fucking desparate for writers who'll work for no money.

I really, really suck at Mech Assault on XBOX Live. That's ok though. It's annoying when you get the little kids who take it too seriously, but that doesn't change the fact that I REALLY am terrible at Destruction and Capture the Flag. I don't know which Mechs to use and I never get enough powerups to do any significant damage on other mechs. O well. I always have my UNREAL CHAMPIONSHIP. Ghost Recon is a very good game too. Very lifelike as far as gameplay is concerned. I want to get Return to Castle Wolfenstein though. The LIVE play on that game is supposed to be really team-oriented. I think that's cool.
I beat Silent Hill 2 the other day. That game was terrifying, but I still don't know what everything was supposed to be. I'm going to have to play the game 3 more timee, though, to unlock all the possible endings. I wish the guy in that game was more of a bad ass...i mean, frikkin demons are walking around, you have to be ruthless! All in all, it was a frightening game and I loved playing it by myself with the lights turned off. INSANE? NAH...just stupid.

AIGHT, gotta get back to work.
