[Demoman is causing havoc downtown at this point. He's planted remote explosives all around the downtown area, bottles filled with reactive chemicals made from ice. As the ice melts, the chemicals inside react with the air and BOOOM. The explosions are small but volitile, they'll cause intense heat and flame, catching anything they can ablaze. Naturally, a few are in the dumpster near the Police station.
...There's also a large lawn gnome sitting against the back wall of City Hall. Inside the plaster figure is 15 pounds of explosive force, waiting to be unleashed. A stickybomb sits on the top of the gnome's head, obscured by its pointy hat. The name "Benny" is written on the gnome's foot.
Like a good demoman, he's nowhere to be found anywhere he's planted an explosive. You'd have better luck finding him by one of his teammates.]
