A friend of mine asked me over MSN earlier, "Do you think you always make the right decisions?" "Of course not!" I responded very quickly, "but I always try to make decisions that I know I can handle the responsibilities that come with the outcome, be it going my way or not."
Looking back, I realize when I was younger, I used to be more obsessed with always making the "right" decisions. But, I have grown to realize that decisions in life can't really be grouped into "good/right" or "bad/wrong"; there are those that you can take responsibilities for and those that you can't. To me, this applies to both my work and personal lives.
Some decisions may take a lot courage to make, but it takes a lot more courage to take the responsibilities of whatever outcome those decisions may bring.
