Date night
so date night was once again upon us. the night began with a quick trip to Hollywood video for a particular DVD, then on to Wal-Mart, b/c well...its walmart and every big occasion requires a trip there. holding hands running thru the isles....trying not to run over the oblivious customers...we made our selections and quickly headed home for an evening of togetherness. 1 bowl of ice cream (two spoons, of course) between us and a quilt wrapped around and we were ready to begin our evening. cuddling on the couch, laughing hysterically at nothing and everything....nothing compares. we were having the time of our lives...and then....out of no where...the parents arrive home. i head to my car, and he heads to bed. aahhh, date night with a 2 year old...it's what dreams are made of, ya know? :-D
