SLEEP! no i never get enough.....
i must say the last 3 days have been some of the most enjoyable yet stressful of my entire adult life!! my best friend had her baby monday at 6:34 p.m. (weighing 9 lbs. 15 oz. and 20 in. long)!! YIPPY!!! i was at their house at 5:45 a.m. so they could go to the hospital and i could watch their 2 yr. old....since that time i have NOT stopped moving until right now. literally! i have been shopping and cleaning houses and running back and forth between their house and the hospital...crazy stuff! it has been sooo much fun tho! no matter how crazy or stressful it got it was all totally worth it and id DEFINATELY do it aaaaaalll over again! haha. so today is the day they got to come home! yay! i started cleaning a 'final clean" house last nite for a lady who was moving out....i got maybe half way finished then was going to come back today and finish. so i was taking camden to the hospital so he could ride home w/ his parents and new baby brother and as i went to back out of his grandma's driveway....nothing. no reverse. hahhah. hhhhmmm.sooo i rolled back until i was in the street and then turned. so yeah....once again in the parking lot at the hospital this happened and chris had to push my car out of it's parking spot.. i called ol' tom hodges (aka DAD) and he was like "ill make some phone calls. bye" 2 minutes later he calls back with "i talked to 2 different mechanics and both said to junk it....it will cost between 1200-2000 dollars to fix it, and the car just isnt worth that" sooo....my parents are coming down this weekend and along w/ a dryer that works, they are bringing me my dad's 84 BMW!!! hahahahaha. fun times! isnt God awesome?? i would not have made it the past 3 days w/o that car, and he knew it. so he took care of me and let me get everywhere i needed to get and do everything i needed to do up until they came home before it broke. PRAISE GOD!!!
oh yeah and back to my cleaning story....so i go back over this afternoon (making sure to park my car in a spot where i wouldnt have to back out of it)...and i get inside to see that the lady had apparently come back home this morning and cleaned most of the rest of it herself. nice and all, BUT in her emptying the house she also got rid of my cleaning bucket and all my cleaning supplies...the ones i use on a daily basis....so i dont know if she is holding them for me or if she threw them away....buuut i guess we shall see!!! soo...what a crazy day!! and then tonite i get to go to class for a big review session...and my final is on monday and then i will be DONE!!! although in my haste to get everything else done the past few days i forgot to pay tuition for my summer class, sooo we will see how things go with that!! please pray i can still get in...if i have to wait and take it in the fall, then it will be another yr. before i can transfer to a 4-yr. college!!!
anywho...that's my life in a nutshell! hahah...i will write again later when im not running on exhaustion and caffine!!!
