I am so sad. This is the new Jimmy Era. Who is a complete fruitcake by the way. Why do they still let him talk to people?
Why do I feel like I need to hunker down and hold my breath for the next four years? Oh God, I hope he proves us wrong. Then again, he's known for his flip-flopping by the time he's actually in office he could be a Republican.
I will not lose faith though, like Emma said, he isn't God. And God's gonna take care of me and mine because we are His.
What sickens me is the references I've heard comparing today to Christmas. Seriously? It's an election, not the birth of the Savior. Not even close. I keep thinking of the way our country is going, God is being removed from every part of it and it's really, really scary to me. We keep crying for change, and boy are we gonna get it. I just hope we can stand it.
At least it looks like the people of my county have voted to keep our county a dry one. Praise God for that one.
