"It's Psyche, Cousin Wyatt!"

Cousin, which meant she belonged to Phoebe or Paige? "Hi, sweetheart," he said. "How are you?"

"Daddy's good," Psyche said. "Mommy's got a headache now. I don't know why."

"She probably needs to rest a little bit," Wyatt said, figuring whoever her daddy was was covering for mom not being around. "Magic can take a lot out of you sometimes."

"Flailing," Psyche said. "He's taking me and Gracie to the beach soon!"

"That's my sister," Psyche said. "Well, 'cept she's not quite my sister. She's from another universe."
