The Battle of the Tunnel
So the only news we can seem to get here in Boston is related to the tunnel accident. I mean, I understand its importance, especially for those driving through Boston (or to the airport like I will in a couple weeks), but there is other news. What is scary about this whole situation is that they have so far located 240 OTHER loose bolts! Millions of dollars into the big dig and look what happens. Sheesh.
The Boston heatwave is to arrive tomorrow or Saturday. Not really looking forward to it. The 80's are fine for me thank you. I saw that Tuesday is supposed to be like...96º or something. I might as well spend my day in a cold bath.
John returned home today. I didn't get to talk to him for very long, and when I came back from dinner he had signed off. He said he was tired, so he might have passed out.

The Brand New show is slowly approaching, which means plans have to be made. I am very much looking forward to this show. Brand New has some heavy competition against the other Long Island band we saw a couple of weeks back...aka - the 'swing it' band. Jesse vs. Adam. This should be one hell of a showdown.
