Porn convention on Tech TV
Tech TV is showing clips from a porn convention in Las Vegas this week. I love Tech TV but I find this really disturbing.
First of all, what does porn have to do with technology? Yes, I understand that there is porn ON technology, but porn IS NOT technology. Porn and the scum that produce it don't need to be televised. Do I really need to see those low-lifes when I'm flipping through the channels?
Porn has become horrific. I didn't use to have a problem with it. I used to subscribe to the Playboy channel. But we now have to have conventions so the masses of those involved in the "industry" can get together and wallow together?
Why do human beings have to take something that God intended to be a beautiful expression of love between a married man and woman, and turn it into something so disgusting?
I was married to someone like the people that are at this convention. He's probably there too now that he doesn't have me reminding him what the Bible says. He used to profess to be a Christian. Lord I hope nobody at that convention claims to be a Christian. Unless they are there trying to save souls. Nobody who has even a basic understanding of scripture could be there with a clean conscience.
This world makes me so sad sometimes. I wonder when it's going to be safe to turn on Tech TV again?
