For Heather...

I don't often update my LJ... I usually just spy on everyone else.

Yesterday I found out that one of my oldest dear friends has been invisibly peeking at my blog. Of course, I'm a little embarrassed that I don't update very often. I certainly don't post as amusing a blog as one of our other friends...

Anyhoo, here is a little update especially for Heather (who I am SO excited is moving back to TO, even though it is over a year away).

This week I:

- Did some yoga at home, and got frustrated at the lack of explanation on the free downloaded podcast (Grrr! I want my money back!) I'll be returning to my usual practise of in-class yoga this week. I had been taking it easy because I twisted my bad ankle again (almost exactly a year to the date of the break... how did I manage that?). I loves me my Yoga Sanctuary and I'm looking forward to getting a real class in.

- Worked on some video! Yaaay! I shot an interview with Ayria this week, to go along with some of the live footage I have (as per the request of one of my fellow videophiles, maxmin). I thought I'd ressurrect some of the footage I got last year in Montreal when they opened for F242 & added in a wee interview clip. The results can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1lbolQm-qU

- Ugh, I think I posted a clip from ReActivation 'Wall & Chairs 2006' this week too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8v4GrgKFxpo

- Went on a bike ride with the boy. It was so nice! I got over my fear of riding in the street (we weren't on Yonge St. or anything...) enough to get me to Riverdale Farm (yaaay!), the Toronto Necropolis, and onto the Don Valley Trail (er, I think that's what it's called). Nice long ride. My legs don't hurt today, but I am feeling the saddle sores. Note to self: buy some padded shorts.

Holy Crap this is a long post. I'm cutting myself off here.

Cheers!

(PS - I will try to post an update once a week, just for fun. I certainly have to post one after this coming weekend, otherwise known as BACHELORETTE WEEEKEND... no, not my bachelorette party)
