The start of a new week...
Today I feel better than I have in a long time...
My usual (er, for the last 3 weeks) dreadful 30 minute shuffle home from work seemed much shorter today. Not sure exactly how long it took me, but I'm sure it was actually shorter. The weather was lovely, which is a step up from the sticky hot weather that greeted us recently. Best of all, I have my new shoes. I managed to find a decent pair of shoes that I could expand to fit the foot brace - and also wear on my 'normal' foot. They aren't as foxy as I would have liked, but I am loving them more every step I take.
Tomorrow I go to see the doctor to see how I'm progressing.
Weekend was great AND really tiring. Went to St. Catharines for the Ayria gig at the Red Square with Defence Mechanism (lotsa fun, even with the crutches) and stayed an extra day to spend time with my folks. Mom took me around to get some supplies - and some shooooes!
On an entirely unrelated note: RABBIT, IF YOU READ THIS, HOW DOES YOUR PRICE CLUB SONG GO AGAIN? I was trying to sing it the other night at the club, and could only remember the Price Club part.
