An open letter to my roti...
Dear Roti,
I really enjoyed the time we spent together at lunch today. The weather was perfect, we were outside, sitting on the grass together with no cares in the world.
Now you are sleeping peacefully inside my belly, digesting. I hope the eggplants will not start a fight with the spinach - you know how they get.
I hope you are doing well.
