I hardly update this thing...

Joshua is 7.5 months old. He's no longer a floppy blob of a person- he's a smiley, playful, curious, drooling little monkey. He's starting to be more mobile, does a bit of an army crawl, and it totally terrifies me. I'm so not ready to be chasing him around while he searches for death/makes a mess. No more plopping him on a blanket with a few ( ... )

He spoils me, what can I say?

He is doing solids, but not very often. I've been too lazy heretofore. What sort of tips are you looking for? Are you thinking about doing baby-led weaning?

Yeah, we're definitely not going to push solids on him. So far we've tried carrots and bananas. mesh feeder, spoon, and finger. He likes the spoon, but not with food on it.

You should check out babyledweaners (i can't remember the code for comms), they're great. Soo easy, but it makes me nervous! Joshua gets a taste of pretty much anything suitable that we're eating, when I'm not too lazy about it.

We like to take turns letting the other sleep in, maybe try that?
