crazy quick update
My lifeguarrd training class is watching a video right now and I have a LOT to catch up on.
First, Tuesday my boss quit. Left for lunch and never came back. Don't know what happened, no details have come down the pipeline. I'm guessing he was fed up but that's just my best guess. A co-worker of mine was made full-time and he's now my equal. We're dividing up the work load but I'm still not sure how that's going to pan out. So far, I only have one weekend off this month. Bleh. But the pools are gearing up and I'm covering the CPR class my boss was supposed to teach this month. My new supervisor called at 5 (after my class started last night) to say she didn't want me teaching this weekened because she needed me in the office all next week. I already had two appointments set for Monday so we compromised and I worked last night and today and am taking tomorrow and Monday off.
Thursday Bee and I went on Alicia's first field trip. Her Tiny Tot class went to our local zoo and it was great! Our entire family on a school outing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Bee got lots of pictures (as always) and we got to see who Alicia plays with most, a little boy names Lucas.50 preschoolers at the zoo was chaotic but most kids had their parents with them so it was a controlled chaos.
My first Jenny appointment was Wednesday. Due to my medications and condition I had to get a Dr.'S approval before we could do anything. My Dr. Is awesome and she approved it the next day. I go back to Jenny on Monday to actually start the program. Wednesday I wasn't really excited but now I'm stoked! I can't wait to get going. I'm looking to lose 50 pounds. No idea how long it'll take but that's my goal.
Aside from all of this I ran out of one of my medications and forgot to pick it up so I went two days without it. My skin started to crawl yesterday and it sucked. Thankfully I picked it up and was able to take my normal regime and I'm feeling better today.
