i need to vent and i made the resolution not to use my phone today.
i got a 109% on my ethnic lit midterm. really amazing.
i have a 6-8 page history paper due at 9am and i have been back and forth trying to get a topic approved with this TA who just now deemed that "she cant approve it" because "it's a bit too narrow of a topic". What an idiot. Gender roles among the Puritans/ how Mary Rowlandson's "skills" as a "woman" ensured her survival while in captivity?! How a man would not have survived in the wildreness?!? MEN COULDNT START A FUCKING FIRE! Too NARROW?! The more narrow the topic the more concise my paper will be! Its only 6-8 pages Im not writing a book! Goddamn Ive been over school since before I started it.

No fear. The paper will be late. Im going to drink this beer and play on the internet. I told myself I wouldnt read my new issue of W until I finished my homework this week. Well you know what Im going to open it and look at the Cameron Diaz spread, but judging from the cover its probaby not going to be that good.
I met another boring guy. Yay. Some more of my life hours wasted.
Umm what else? I dont want to see my family for Thanksgiving.
