NAME Fuji Syuusuke
NICKNAMES Fujiko
BIOGRAPHY Fuji Syuusuke was born the middle son of a Frenchman and a Japanese woman, between an elder sister (Yumiko) and a younger brother (Yuuta). His mother kept her family name for her husband was often off traveling the globe with various business transactions, mostly on behalf of the Atobe Corporation.
Despite not having a constant father figure in his life Fuji enjoyed a normal childhood filled with friends, photography, and most importantly tennis. He was a genius on the courts helping carry his middle school team onto the Nationals. However upon entering high school Fuji left behind the joys of playing tennis, something many thought a person of his caliber would never do, for studying more scientific fields. Always unpredictable he never told a soul what he wanted to do, they just all assumed.
Upon graduation Fuji immediately put in for the police academy, how could he not be accepted? The tensai was propelled through training with hard work, struggling for one of the first times in his life but thoroughly enjoying it. The challenges of the academy pushed him to places he'd never thought and soon he was to graduate top of his class.
Just a few weeks before graduation Yumiko was raped by someone wearing a ski mask, the same week her fiance disappeared without a trace. The police were absolutely positive he was their guy despite evidence pointing down another road. Then they found him where no one thought to look, in the harbor weighted down by cement blocks. The police considered the case closed and opened a new one to find out who murdered the young groom-to-be.
Frustrated with the force's inability to go after the true rapist and their uncaring attitudes turned Fuji off finishing the aEnter away message text here.cademy. He knew it was the fickle emotions of a young teenager but he couldn't help it, as attached to his family as he was. With graduation but two days away Fuji dropped out, top of his class, and went to the nearest detective agency.
It wasn't top class or one of the best but it had all the resources that he required. They all too gladly accepted him, no one would turn away a sharp mind like Fuji's. Ishimoto, head detective, let him take his sister's case, knowing the young genius would be obsessed with it otherwise. So he began the hunt, pushing himself harder with the news that Yumiko was pregnant.
Distraught over the rape and pregnancy Yumiko got sick, really sick. The pregnancy had to be aborted halfway through term or otherwise they'd lose Yumiko too. The ordeal left her in a worse state of mind than prior to the abortion. The doctors labeled it as a severe case of Postpartum Depression or Baby Blues despite Yumiko not giving birth at all. Her mind and body never fully recovered, fueling Fuji to catch this guy even faster.
It came to Ishimoto's attention as well that with this turn of events Fuji was not taking care of himself as well and assigned him a partner, one he knew very well. Oishi Syuuichiroh, another who surprised everyone by choosing something other than what they thought. With his new partner's help and concerns Fuji soon found his man, the next-door neighbor of his sister. The bastard still lived in the same apartment building as if he was flaunting his escapades. Oishi had Fuji promise to wait and let the police bring him in the next day but the next day found the suspect face down in a pool of his own blood. Fuji claimed no hand in it, having spent the night with his family, that which they attested and sealed his alibi.
What really occurred was thus: Fuji slipped out dressed in Yumiko's old clothes, to all the world he looked like a short-haired version of his sister. A lure waiting for the target to strike again as it appeared Yumiko had once again taken to her partying ways. When the rapist struck he found himself face to face with a very sharp knife and a very angry Fuji. He was cut almost everywhere on his body after being subdued by the slight detective, bled dry and not a trace of his killer on him.
That still didn't satisfy his thirst for revenge and Fuji continued to hunt, continued to lure and kill. Refining his methods as he went, always bleeding them dry and leaving a mini apple on the body. A calling card soon detailing every new body as Detective Fuji's case. As if to say 'Look what I did for you. Aren't you proud?'
