the good times are killing me

I would officially like to thank the layout of the Sheraton Suites hotel in Tampa--one of those all-the-rooms-overlook-the-lobby deals. It was truly the MVP of the Bowl Trip. Without it, the same craziness might have happened, but we wouldnt have been able to simply peer out our doors and pick and choose our destinations for debauchery.

Time to be cryptic. My function on this bowl trip I think was to act like a blocker on a screen pass.

It was a mondorifically fun trip, but it pretty much sucked that Stef wasn't there. Apparently drunken night #2 included me whining to Jessica about the lack of Stefitude. Sorry about that.

Also, I'm pretty sure the rookie bone award was clinched by a certain someone, even if we never got around to meeting and making an official selection. It turned out to be more of a passing of the torch, I think.

Since the fun things that involved alcohol are too numerous and too sensitive in nature to list, some of the fun non-alcoholic moments were:
  • Not dying on Sheikra in Busch Gardens, even though on that incline my life was flashing before my eyes.
  • Gwazi.
  • The Chiropracter. They did a pretty funny job this year, and only managed to cause 2 or 3 controversies.
  • The Racing of the Children before the game. One of the 2 or 3 worst things I've ever seen in my life. I loved it.
  • Actually following the Chiropracter and skull-fucking the Iowans--for 3 quarters.
  • Meeting the Iowa Bones before the parade and introducing them to the joys of Boneweiser.

  • And the best/worst moments: the refs finally blatantly cheating for us. I feel bad, but we were probably owed it.
