Happy Turkey Day everyone. Today I get my second Thanksgiving Dinner, since Stefanie and her roommates went all-out on Tuesday and made a huge meal with turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes and macaroni and rolls and gravy and green beans and PIE. Much the awesome.
We're supposed to be eating around 11:30am today, then Dad Derek Sean and I are gonna try to head out and catch an early afternoon Harry Potter. Hilary, I'm waiting for you to drive down and see Walk the Line with me.
Then tomorrow it's back up to Gainesville for band practice (I have a feeling I'll be the only one there) and the football game on Saturday. I'm still looking to sub for someone for the basketball game tomorrow, by the way. I'll do it for free.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT. The Game of the Week this week is not UF-FSU, it is not UGA-GaTech, it is not Texas-Texas A&M, it is USF at UConn. If the Bulls win theyre in the de facto Big East championship game next weekend, at home, against West Virginia--a game I'll be going to. Everyone root hard for USF, because I want to go to one conference championship game while I'm in college dammit.
