So! Fun HP&DH stories:
1. "What do you mean I need a wristband? I pre-ordered the book, shouldn't I be first in line?"
2. "Is this the line for the OK magazine with Eva and Tony? What do you mean it's for a book? What's Harry Potter? What do you mean you don't have the magazine yet? You should have it, Target does! ... why, yes, I already do have it, but it's an outrage that you don't have it yet!"
3. At 4:00 PM on 7/20/07: "I want to pre-order the book."
4. Kid, you're supposed to be Harry for this costume contest. Quit shoving your wand in people's faces and shouting the killing curse. I was thisclose to smacking you.
5. Costume contest FTW semi-finalists: Quidditch!Harry. Dobby. Mad Eye Moody with a good replica of the eye. Ron.
6. Costume contest FTW finalists: Sirius Black. Bellatrix from the 8-12 group. Voldemort.
7. Costume contest FTW winners: James and Lily Potter.
8. "I'll pay you $50 to get me a copy of Harry Potter now." I was tempted to say "No, but if you'll pay me enough to cover the lawsuit and a year's salary, I'll go get it. I say... $2, no, $5 million should cover it."
