Can't Stop The Beat

so yesterday was interesting. i had to go to swoboda's house for an officer meeting. but nik and laney had to work, and barton was out of town so...diana+marissa+bobo= a very talkative meeting. we did get sidetracked, talking about marissa's stellar brownies, and how swoboda's were never good enough. plus i got recruited into joining diana's (possibly) new u.n./govt. club (or something along those lines). i think we spent most of the time talking about where the arrows would go on the pillows we're making, and just what kind of baseball-T we are doing. they're going to have buttons. I'm excited! then we scheduled a meeting for july 31st which is, get this, a POTLUCK! a potluck at bobo's house. i think this officer sponsor relationship is getting a little weird. but i like it. after the meeting i didn't have a way home so swoboda drove me. she looked so cute in her shades that went over her glasses. we made chitchat for 15 minutes, and it definetly wasn't bad.at all. i spent the rest of the day with my grandmother at my dad's house.she saw a picture of marissa d. and asked me if she was a chink! ;)

so, i have come to some conclusions this week.

-i am addicted to "The View". I have been watching it every single day.
-my mother is literally insane. there is to be no guessing any longer. i finalized this when she came into my room and started asking about my bathroom habits.
-bobo is more stepford than i ever could have imagined.
-i am going to be celibate until college. (i have just plain given up)
-i am only going to try with the people who will give me the time of day.
-i am tired of being a friend of convenience
-starting now, no B.S. from me
or anyone else

lets see how this works out. i think i am quixotic.
