(no subject)
Just got back from Elaine's fourth of July 'barbeque'. Me and Trixie showed up and we just kind of sat in the car because we felt awkward, having not been invited by Elaine, but by Christy. After we got inside, we kind of sat on the couch for a while and did nothing. Things started to pick up after Elaine got home from work. Ryan asked me to come and watch TV with him because he knows that if no one else wants to do something boring or trivial with him, I will. After that, we started to get more comfortable with the people that came and went in the living room. We left Elaine's to go watch the fireworks at around 8 o'clock. We didn't leave there until about 10, but didn't get back to Elaine's until 10:30. We then ate the free cake that Elaine got from work. Ice cream cake...mmm...yeah. Then John showed up. Pleasant surprise, if I do say so myself. We played Cranium for about an hour, then Trixie and I had to go home for our 12 o'clock curfew. So now I'm here :) Good time tonight...best in years.
