I see a whrilwind above my head
Yes...
Nothing much has been going on. Just going to school and looking for a job (still).
On Monday I went up to see Mike at school. On our way to the train station from UIC Mike picked up a Illinois Entertainment guide that had Kill Hannah on the front page.
So as we were riding I was looking through the paper and I see that Kill Hannah was having an in-store concert at the Tower Records on Golf Rd. and that they would be sining their new cd after it came out at midnight.
So, me and Mike go to the concert. It was the greatest! They really know how to put on a show. Then I bought my cd and just before I get to the cashier they run out of neckties. :( grr... but oh, well. I get my cd signed and I get to shake thier hands. Oh, my gosh...I swore that I wouldn't wash my hand for like ever but, I did. :'(
On Tuesday I go to my classes and on my break I go over to Starkey's place and asks him if he would like to come along with me to Chicago (they we're doing an other show/signing). Then he calls up Brian asking him if he wants to go and he says "yes". So, after class I call up Eric and him and Brian are over at Super Saver to watch a movie. So, I meet them over there and watch Bad Boys 2. Drop my car off at Eric's and then Brian gets gas. At this point I look at the clock and notice what time it is. It takes about an hour to get to Chicago and the show only lasts about a half hour. Get up there drive around to find a parking spot, etc. Go into Tower and stand inline we get up there and they guy asks me if I bought a cd I said "no" he says "we'll you need a cd to anything signed" grrr... I told him I was there lasst night and he said "thats cool but, you need a cd" So, we leave. Then we go to get something to eat. I wanted to go to a little hot dog stand I know out in Wrigleyville but, the Cubs lost so maybe it waas a good thing we didn't go to Wrigleyville. Anyways, we ended up at The Golden Cup. Turns out we weren't too far from Neo.
Wensday I didn't do too much. Same thing for today.
