Yes, I know. I’m weird, I’m crazy, I’m obsessed, and I have a bit too much time on my hands. And I’m counting on people who can relate to support me in this ridiculous scheme. It’s one of my greatest ‘what ifs’ come to life. I want to put together my own high school - college cast, put all my effort into making the props and sets, and come together to perform our own Wicked in the park by the Minier elementary school. I’ve already worked out placement on the stage and around the park for different scenes. I’ve started contacting people. Once there’s a cast, I’ll find a date that will work for everyone’s schedules. Imagine how cool it would be to pull this off! There’s no pressure to get every little thing right. We wouldn’t be doing this for an audience (unless your parents or friends just come to watch), but we’d film it scene by scene. No rush, just fun. Don’t squish me before you consider it.
Techies: If there’s anyone who’d just like to come help out for fun, there’ll be a couple things to build and stuff to paint. I’ll also need someone to run sound. Clarky is my wonderful ordained choreographer. You will obey him!
Important Notes: The names in bold are people who have confirmed that they’ll play their part, names not bolded either haven’t been contacted or are still thinking about it (c’mon Bruce!). Props and Sets in bold are things I can supply myself, but if you think you have a better version for us to use, please let me know or just bring it along. Costumes: It would be best if people could supply all the costumes for their own characters, but if you have something that’s on someone else’s list and would be willing to loan it to the cause, TELL ME! They may not be able to supply it themselves. This goes especially for ensemble costumes. Anything green or black/white you could contribute would be greatly appreciated. Anything not bolded still has to be found. I’ll update as things and people are added.

Music: It would be great if someone already had the karaoke version of the show, but if this comes together, I’ll go out and buy it myself.

Elphaba: dark blue or black dress or shirt and skirt, dark blue or black jacket, knit cap, black Ozdust frock, witch hat, black shoes and opaque stockings, white jacket, green glasses, black cloak, long black witch's dress.
Glinda: sparkly blue gown, tiara, white dress or skirt and shirt, blue/white scarf, white jacket, white hat, pink Ozdust dress, pink flower for her hair, yellow dress, green glasses, engagement ball gown, sparkly blue necklace, yellow or gold necklace, matching shoes for everything.
Fiyero: white pants and button up shirt, red vest, boots, red jacket and pants over white shirt, vest, and bow tie (Ozdust formalwear), blue jacket, pants and vest(school uniform), dark pants, grey button up shirt, green guards uniform, scarecrow costume.
Nessa: white button up shirt, blue vest and skirt (school uniform), blue and/or white headband, pale pink Ozdust dress and shawl, black and/or pink headband, pearl necklace, conservative black dress long enough to cover her shoes when she’s sitting.
Boq: blue and white school uniform, grey cap, grey/silver suit, silver gloves and hat for the Tin Woodsman.
Wizard: tweedy-looking vest and pants (green, dark blue, grey, or black), coordinating tie, long cream colored jacket, glasses, light colored button up shirt.
Morrible: bright and gaudy dresses and frock coats, around 3 different outfits, matching costume jewelry. (I’ve got some costume jewelry)
Dillamond: black professor’s robe (black or dark blue graduation gown would work), brown vest and pants, white button up shirt, ‘goat’ stuff.
Frex: purple governors robe with decorative gold trim, dark pants, gold…medal…thing.
Melena: light purple dress or nightgown, ankle length with poofy sleeves, light colored corset, large diamond ring.
ShenShen + Pfanee: blue and white skirts, jackets, and shirts (school uniform), black and white high contrast Ozdust dresses and accessories.
Chistery: brown pants, yellow and brown vest, similar colored shirt, bright red jacket, monkey gloves and footwear.
Avaric: school uniform or shirt/vest/pants combo.
Professor: long black professor’s robe (can be a graduation gown but has to be black), black owl-eye glasses or eye patch (something evil looking). (If no one has a black robe, I’ll submit mine and we can paint it black.)
Midwife: ensemble clothes with an apron and maybe gloves, some kind of animal horns.
Ensemble: weird, dark colored, old fashioned clothes and strange hats (Ozians No One Mourns…), brown outfits with red jackets (Flying Monkeys), blue and white school uniforms (Shiz), black and white costumes (Ozdust), green and gold guard uniforms, all and any green clothing (Emerald City), light colored formalwear for the engagement ball, a couple white lab coats for the Professor’s assistants.
Sets
The Castle at Kiamo Ko: a rope and a large piece of grey material to cast shadows on.

(“Shiz” is the monument in the park): 2 classroom benches, revolving chalkboard, Avaric’s bike with Fiyero’s carriage attached (optional).
