Graduation/Project Graduation
Graduation was pretty cool. It was nice sitting with my classmates one last time and listen to them telling stupid jokes and making fun of all the speakers, some things never change<3. The slideshow is always fun seeing how everyone has changed. The best part, of course, is getting up to get your diploma(Or in our case a blank piece of orange paper) [Woot, he said my name right S H A N A]...Hah, when I went to shake the speakers hand I breathed in and my tassel went up my nose. o.o She got a good laugh out of that. Oh, and I thought Rosemarys speech was pretty cute.
Most of my high school years I have disliked a lot of my class or just felt somewhat out of place, but during the practices leading up to graduation and graduation itself. I realized I'm really going to miss my class. Everyone is great in their own ways. I love how we are all very different, but can still hang out and have a lot of fun. My senior year has honestly been the best year of high school for me. I have managed to make wonderful new friends and make old friendships stronger. Man, I love you guys! <3
Now to Project Graduation.
Hah, well first off I felt like I was going to die of a heat stroke..Not smart wearing a jean jacket when it's like a 1000000 degrees in one place. I had an okay time, somewhat boring, but the game Oh, Shana likes the games. I played this dancing game and you have about 1 in 20 chances of winning many had played it like 10000xs and I played only once and won 20$s. Then I headed back to bingo ( I had played a few times) and I won 10$s not too bad. At the end of the night they do drawings and you can win niffty prizes( My tummy hurt tho). I ended up winning an 15" LCD Magnavox TV. The TV can also be used as a computer monitor, which works because mine is pretty much dead. Then finally at the end of the night if you stay the whole time you are given 20$s. So I made 50$s plus a TV. Wee, I never EVER win anything!
I'm very happy about going off to college and starting over. I'm happy High School is over. I will miss it, but I'm ready to do my own thing, start fresh.
P.S. I fucking love everyone who came to see me and cheered for me at graduation<3<3<3!
