Village Inn pies

To replace the gaping hole in my life left by the absence of Bob Evans (don't laugh), we have discovered Village Inn. A cross between Bob Evans and our favorite Coney Island in Ann Arbor (Alpha Coney Island), it is high up there on my list of favorite places to eat. Of course, it is helped by the incredible number of pies on their dessert menu. In fact, I single-handedly finished 3/4 of the Key Lime pie that was brought home a couple weeks ago. And I finished it in less than a week. However, the one down side to Village Inn is the bizarre scrambled eggs. Can't explain it, but it almost tastes fake. I think it's the texture. Speaking of which - I highly recommend potato buds over Hungry Jack potato flakes. Trust me on this one.
