Its been a long time..
Finally bothered to actually updating this. I know its been a long time but lately i just havent had the mind to do it. For some reason it looked like an unwelcome effort that i really couldnt be bothered with. Running myself dry i suppose. So many things to do.. never enough time to do it.
Lets see.. few major things have happened lately. Got a new phone and went on a contract with 3. Its cool cos im getting 3 months free, but the cap is a bit high, so i am kind of worried that i may hit that.. cos i doubt i can afford $99 a month. Even though some people think i can, i know i cant.
I got my learners permit finally, and last week i went for a drive around the Secret Harbour beach car park. Was alright. I drove Matts magna and Jays lil festiva. Big difference between the 2 cars but i thought i did alright considering its my first time ever driving a car (cept for that time in edmunds car but i dont count that cos i went about 4 meters and almost crashed it.. plus i was blind drunk).
Uni finished.. im just hanging out for my results. I dont know when they come in but some people reckon its at the start of next week. I hope i passed everything. I always get so nervous :/
Things are going alright else where. Work is going good. Though they keep giving me shit hours then giving me a few odd shifts here and there. Unfortunately these shifts always happen to be on the days that i have organised to see Jay or Matt or some other friends. It sucks but i need the money and without the money i cant do anything with those other people anyway. It just sucks when they get annoyed/disappointed. But if i say no they wont offer me more hours! Its a crappy circle but one i cant really get out of.
Jay is wonderful as always. I feel just as lucky as i did 362 days ago when i first had her. In fact I would say i feel luckier. I feel closer to her every day and its an amazing feeling. Im so happy that i have her and i pray she never wants to leave me.
I been buying a lot of stuff recently as well. Bought 4 tshirts, a pair of shorts and a pair of boardies. All are pretty cool too. I bought 2 more shirts today but they are christmas presents for me so i have to give them to my mum and she will pay me back. But at least i know im getting something that i like. They look wikid too. Non of this bullshit loud stuff that seems to be the trend. I dont like that at all. Minimalism is the way for me. Either that or funny. Funny is good.
