I am full of fail, apparently. I did not get around to posting up the results for week 148's challenge. D'oh!
There is a tie-breaker that needs to be done to determine 2nd and 3rd place winners.
First icon to get 3 votes (one vote equals one point) will get 2nd place. The runner-up will get third place.
