Background: So Chi is running around the barracks like an immature child. A lot of people show up... Ichigo, Gin, Grimmjow. Next chapter features her crashing into Ichigo and Chi being even more hyper. Third chapter she is suddenly crying because of something Toshiro did.

So the entire Seireitei had to deal with the shrilling voice of the hyperactive Shinigami.
