Dambisa Moyo: Aiding is Abetting
I recently saw Ms. Moyo on The Colbert Report speaking about her book Dead Aid, which calls to cut off all foreign aid to Africa within five years. I was interested in her ideas but disappointed in the lack of depth on the show - basically, aid sucks, scrap it.
