Likes: Argh, I always get lost on this question. I like communicating with others while simutaneously having my own space, such as AIM. I guess it's because I can take as long as I need for my replies to people. I like being alone while in comfortable places. I like doing things at my own pace, I like edgy movies and music, blue raspberry and orange lollipops, strawberry icecream, my puppy Dita, and bishounen.
Dislikes: Ignorance (especially sexism), judgemental people, people who jump on bandwagons even at the expense of another human being, bullies, mainstream music and commercialized movies, being unable to write my ideas out in the form of a story, people who purposely try to top whatever story I'm telling, people who put too much thought into simple things, people who are more intelligent than me.
Strong points: I'm self-adequate and comfortable with who I am as a person for the most part. I have no problem voicing my opinions, but I'm not going to do it unless asked. I don't give a crap about your opinion, so I don't expect you to care about mine. Usually I can back my opinions up, and I try to be as realistic as possible. Also, I'm a little "nurturing," in that I get happiness from making my friends happy. Something about putting a smile on a close friend's face puts one on my own too, no matter how I felt before.
Weaker points: I have an extremely hard time showing negative emotions, though most of the time people who are close to me can tell when something's wrong, because I'll have a blank face on or I'm quieter than usual. I HATE, more than anything else, being vulnerable or crying where people can hear or see me. I usually beat myself up more for crying than I do for whatever it was I was crying about.
Favorite color: I don't really have a favorite in particular, but I guess I'm more fond of pastels than anything else. I like light colors, but not bright enough to make you think you're staring at a lightbulb. I'm not a fan of the darker colors because they certainly don't help anyone feel better when they're feeling down.
Favorite animal: Unicorns.
Favorite season: Autumn and winter. It's not that I like the cold, it's just that I can't STAND the heat in spring and summer.
Mature or Immature: Well, I'm 18, so I'm still very much a kid. I try to be mature and realistic, but sometimes that kid side gets the better of my judgement.
Leader or Follower: I'd rather be alone to be honest. If being alone isn't possible, I'd be a leader, even though I can't stand carrying the weight of everyone else in my team. I'm too independent to be a follower.
Outgoing or Shy: I'm either middle of the road or shy, depending on who I'm talking to. If I just met you, I'm a reserved listener. If you're a close friend, I'm as happy-go-lucky as any other bubbly person you know.
Confident or Modest: Hrm? Can I say both? I'm very confident in myself, but I'm not gonna go around shoving my opinions down your throat and making my presense known the instant I walk through a door.
Optimistic, Pessimistic, or Realist: Depends on the situation really. If I WANT something to happen, I'm going to be optimistic (even though everything usually ends in disappointment.) My opinions are realistic, but my hopes are optimistic.
Low, medium, or high energy level: Definitely low. I do everything at a slow pace, and I get extremely cranky if someone tries to pressure me into going faster.
Goals in life: Eventually finish high school, go to college and at some point become successful in a career involving cadavers. I just want to be successful, everything else comes second.
Favorite quote & why: "Live and let live, fairly take and fairly give." I like this Wiccan proverb because before I even heard of it, this was exactly how I dealt with the world around me.
