I think Kira would be a good fit for you overall. He doesn't have much of a high energy level, but your favorite quote and other parts of your application fit really well for him. :)

I'd say Renji you seem to have a lot of engery and attitude, but a good heart, and you seem to have a high regard for loyalty and duty like Renji does. Plus, "unkept." :P
