Name/Nickname: English name, Chinese name, nickname(s)- got a few of those, ah- but I go by 'Ang' most of the time. It's the shortest.
Age: Mm... I'm almost old enough to view NC-17 material. Which, actually, doesn't mean I don't view that kind of stuff, but age limits can be annoying sometimes.
Likes: Books are always a good place to start! Being able to hold an intelligent conversation with someone else is also something enjoyable, as is chocolate- ah, but that'd be of the 72% cacao type. Milk chocolate is too sweet and white chocolate too bland. And anything higher than 72%, I find, is too bitter. ♥
Dislikes: Not much. Stupidity always works here, I suppose. That and religion~ Never fails to annoy me, that one.
Strong points: I am an utter genius, yes! I have some, really? Mm, well. Total lack of shame, maybe. And I'm a good liar, which is a very strong point in my favour, I'm sure- oh, and I can cook a pretty mean dish of fried rice.
Weaker points: Kleptomaniacal tendencies, perhaps too good a liar, more than a bit of a pyromaniac. But hey, who doesn't like explosions? And, unfortunately for the people in my near vicinity when it happens, a regrettable tendency to snicker at the most apparently innocuous of lines (e.g. '...make them bend over to its control', which was actually about America's dominance of the world economy during the post WWII years).
Hobbies &/or Talents: Actually, yeah, that stuff's pretty much all in the 'likes' and 'strong points' parts already. Apart from that I play the piano, read literature, philosophy and world history and can photoshop pretty darn well, thank you. Familiarity with Shakespeare's works also qualifies, nn? The look on people's faces when you explain exactly what certain words mean in Elizabethan slang is so much fun to see-!
Favorite color: Gray. To be specific, the shade of gunmetal. Really, though, any other shade works most of the time.
Favorite animal: Aah, well, I like the two goldfish I keep but I don't think they really count here, sadly. That and it'd be impossible to pin one of them as a favorite since I can't even tell them apart- that and their species in general is rather pathatic. So for the sake of answering the question, I like Homo Sapiens Sapiens a lot. In fact, it's a very interesting species to study, observe, and fall in love with.
Favorite season: Monsoon season. ♥ Floods kick ass.
Mature or Immature: Immature is easier to pull off, normally. And it nets you less work, too- so what work I do get I can do at my own time. Maturity? Saa, overated.
Leader or Follower: Follower's more fun, particularly when leaders have to take the blame. But it's easier to be a leader, actually, because you get to delegate.
Outgoing or Shy: Don't be a wallflower! Stand up! Do stupid things! Get detention on a regular basis! Or rather, I prefer being outgoing. It fits with being immature.
Confident or Modest: Modesty is something that would be nice in other people and is nonexistent in me, I'm afraid- such a pity, really.
Optimistic, Pessimistic, or Realist: I am very realistic about the fact that I am more often than not a pessimist. Optimism is great when you're trying to piss someone off, though.
Low, medium, or high energy level: Fluctuating- Thursday, though, is what I have labeled my 'Crash and Burn' day. Or night. Or early morning. The whole of it, actually.
Goals in life: Money sounds good. ♥ ♥ Acquiring a high speed internet connection would also work. And some nice new software, a new graphics card and all the really, really good games, a PS3- well, that sort of thing.
Favorite quote & why:
'I'd rather be the devil than the devil's advocate.'
Because it's true, you know?
Describe your personality in three words or more:
1. 'Oscillating'
2. works
3. best!
(see, three words only.)
Favorite character & why: Aizen is very amusing. ♥ Because, really, it's amazing the difference that a pair of contacts and some hair gel make. Also, he's intelligent, which is a bonus- but Dorkzen, I must admit, had his cute moments too.
Least favorite character & why: Orihime. Ah, difficult. Orihime. And it's not nice to say bad things about other people, even if they're so terribly annoying sometimes. Orihime. And self-sacrificial. Orihime. I really can't stand people like that, they make me want to break something. Orihime.
Anything else: I suppose mentioning that I practice Judo won't hurt? Haa, but it's not like I'm very good, anyway.
How did you find this community: Oh, you know, links from here and there... I'm afraid I really can't remember the exact way. ♥ Sorry-?
