I see the Ishida but I'm going to hop up a generation and say Ryuuken instead. Uryuu shows his pride as a Quincy and his l33t skills and his gentlemen etiquette. Ryuuken, on the other hand, is more curt and less empathetic -on the outside at least- than his son and he won't hesitate to rub his opinions and facts in his son's face. He's not heartless, just sees reality for what it is. And though he may seem heartless, we all know he just wants whats best for Uryuu.
