Hm... for some reason I'm getting a strong Ururu vibe. Perhaps the dislike of loud noises and the shy thing? Also, you having the potential to be energetic makes me think Ururu.

Ugh. This application was difficult. But, after much thought, I'm going to have to say...Inoue Orihime by a very slim margin over Isane Kotetsu.

Oh, and the Orihime I'm talking about is the more serious one. You don't have to scream bubbly or ditzy to be her...but the potential for high energy when happy does help a little bit!
