It sounds like you know what you want and you know what you have to do to get it. You seem like a very reliable and headstrong person who knows when to take the lead. And it also seems that people would totally gravitate towards you for advice and guidance.

Boo. I wanted to say someone different, but you're just too Hisagi XD

I especially think it's sorta funny how you say you may look immature at first glance and people can be surprised when they found out how mature you are--Hisagi has his whole tough, punk appearance going on, but is really very subdued and levelheaded, not how one might first expect him to be.

yeah, i thought he's somewhat with the vibes of Renji and Ikkaku at first glance, really - then when he appeared more often, i was O.O to see he's actually levelhead. I mean, look at the tattoo! lol
