looking for mods!

We are looking for anyone wanting to be a mod here (I will be cleaning up the current mods later). All you'd have to do is make sure people enforce the rules & get stamped.
It'd be great if anyone wanting to be a mod is really into bleach & keeps up with all the episodes/manga. Although I do read Bleach I'm about 10 chapters behind & I've never watch the episodes (I spend more of my time on Naruto). It'd also be great to have someone skilled with graphics to make stamps of new characters, etc. as they see fit. ♥.
So please comment here if you want to try being a mod! It's not required to be up-to-date with bleach or have graphic skills but it would be a great addition ;D
Also I was going to make a bleach moodtheme to use for the comm. but I don't want to manually fix all the moods. Does anyone know of a way to use admin console for a community? Thanks~
